They stay in the truck and are used all the time: whether i’m working on the car the magnet sticks to the bonnet with the magnet, inside and outside the fishing bivvy, outside the roof tent so I can see to get down the ladder when nature calls at 3 am, under the awning on the truck and many other uses.
