First episode of carry on camping comes out Saturday on the YouTube channel. So what is it? Basically you can only take gear that is allowed and fits into a carry on bag on an aircraft. It comes with a few issues, first is obviously a knife and then hiking poles. So how can you adapt? No 10kg carry on just what you can fit in your backpack. I chose a national park in southern Stockholm for my first attempt and all the gear was used and worked really well. Some people aren’t keen on this Swedish delicacy and most of the videos you see of people trying Surströming is all done completely wrong. Even though the fish is in a can it still has a best before date and should be refrigerated. All the videos you see of cans popping it gone off and not suitable to eat. It does have a ‘unique’ smell though. Perhaps I’ll do a video on how to eat it properly if you all want it?
