Full Review After 6 Months of Real Use. Is this the best ultralight packraft in 2025.
I’ve
been using the Anfibio Delta MX packraft for the last six months of packrafting and wanted to share an honest review after real use — not just an unbagging. At first, it didn’t have the “wow factor” I expected for a hyped ultralight packraft. It felt basic and plain on day one.

But after half a year of actual paddling the Anfibio delta mx on packrafting trips — lakes, slow rivers, winter use with the dog — my view has changed. The strengths only show up with time.

The most significant benefits this packraft has is the weight and pack-down size. As an ultralight packraft, it is extremely easy to carry on long walk-ins, bike-rafting, or multi-day travel, and it hasn’t sacrificed durability to do so. Even with a dog on board, it has held up well.

Interior space is better than most ultralight boats I’ve used. There is enough room for me plus the dog, and in cold weather, the UniMat floor kept the dog off the freezing hull. I used the WideSeat configuration, which has been comfortable enough for full-day paddling.

For a configurable packraft — seat, floor, and backrest options — the Anfibio Delta MX is priced well. It sits well against other “best packraft” candidates once you look at real-world value.

I'm Broken – Battling Injury, Sciatica & Trying To Stay Positive Through the Pain!

This isn’t the kind of video I enjoy making, but I wanted to be honest with you all…

Right now, I can’t get out and do the usual adventure videos – and that’s because my sciatica has flared up again. I’ve got a herniated disc between L5 and S1, which is pressing on the nerve root and sending sharp, shooting pain down my leg. It’s affecting me physically and mentally – and if you’ve had anything similar, you’ll know how tough it can be.

I’m doing everything I can to get back on my feet (literally), but recovery will take time. While I can’t get out on big trips at the moment, I’ve still got some short videos lined up for Instagram and TikTok, so please follow along and stay connected over there:
